Engineering
Our team offers a dedicated engineering service for the design, optimisation and validation of racing cars. We devote great attention to the development of electrical and electronic systems, powertrain and chassis systems.
Sistem Integration
The electronic structure is the nervous system of a car: managing it requires multidisciplinary expertise, and at ACME we have developed a systems integration approach, optimising the different devices to make them communicate with the vehicle.
The pursuit of ever bolder performance is only possible through full control of engine operation, transmission characteristics and car behaviour under extreme conditions.
Project Management
Our 360° vision and integration capability allow us to manage the development of each project by supporting the customer at all stages: from concept to production, from component supply to field support. The behaviour of the different activities and the respect of time, costs and expected performance levels are at the basis of our work.
Technical Support
Supporting our customers in the development of each challenge is our main goal, even when this means being trackside in Dubai or freezing cold in the Monte Carlo Rally. The experience gained in the field is an important value in order to arrive at improved solutions within tight deadlines and to ensure that test sessions are fully representative.
Test Bench
To push our limits, we have installed the most innovative technology on the market for performance vehicle testing and powertrain calibration: ACME Hub Dyno, a test bench with four electromagnetic brakes that allows us to test cars with different technical configurations.
Whether four-wheel drive, hybrid or electric engines, with the support of our technicians it is possible to obtain useful experimental feedback for the development and fine-tuning of any type of car.
ACME Hub Dyno also allows you to organise field test sessions for balance or performance activities, benchmarking or engine calibration at altitude.
Special Parts Supply
We can supply special parts for any motorsport application, thanks to ACME’s official partnerships with many brands including Life Racing, Shiftec, EcuMaster, Syvecs.
Milestones
Hyundai I30N SBK Safety Car
Hyundai Motorsport ed ACME hanno una collaborazione di lungo corso, dalla quale nasce il progetto di allestimento delle vetture safety car per il campionato del mondo Superbike.
FIA ETCR
Dal 2020 ACME è impegnata nella produzione e sviluppo tecnico delle vetture ETCR del primo campionato full electric di FIA.
Il nostro impegno prevede la realizzazione dei cablaggi vettura e integrazione dei sottosistemi elettrico ed elettronici delle auto.
Toyota Gazoo Racing Italia Yaris GR4 Rally Cup
Il team Toyota Gazoo Racing Italy ha creato il campionato monomarca conprotagonista la nuova GR Yaris. Per questa vettura ACME ha sviluppato una centralina motore ex-novo, in grado di comunicare con tutti i sistemi elettrico / elettronici della vettura originale ed aggiungendo tutte le strategie utilizzate sulle vetture da competizione. Di nostra produzione anche il cablaggio vettura con display pilota dedicato e una powerbox di controllo per i dispositivi di potenza aggiuntivi.
Wolf Racing Cars
ACME è partner tecnico di Wolf Racing Cars, brand fondato nel 1976 da Walter Wolf e da subito attivo nel campionato F1 e Can-Am.
Dal 2009, sotto la guida della famiglia Bellarosa, Wolf produce vetture CN2 partecipando a numerose competizioni tra cui la 24h di Le Mans e vincendo la Pikes Peak nel 2019 e 2021.
Titan Rallycross
ACME, In collaborazione con Pipo Moteurs, si è occupata dello sviluppo dell’elettronica e produzione dei cablaggi di queste vetture capaci di erogare 530cv e 750Nm.
Abarth 124R-GT
Progetto nato del 2016 con la volontà da parte di Abarth di tornare nelle scene dei rallies internazionali.
ACME si è occupata della progettazione dell’intero sistema elettrico ed elettronico della vettura.
Alfa Romeo Giulietta TCR – Romeo Ferraris
Nasce nel 2015 la Giulietta TCR, successivamente evolutasi nella Giulietta Veloce TCR, che ha segnato definitivamente l’ingresso di ACME, con Romeo Ferraris, nel mondo del Customer Racing.
